- The emergence of the son of the soil is an eye opener to the people of Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) as a whole on what Democracy which means the government of the people by the people for the people, not government of the people, imposed on the people, no wonder the good people of AMAC are clamoring for other Area Council Chairman to take a cue in other to acquire political skill on how public office holder should be a servant lender not a ruler and experienced what democracy is all about following the political struggle in the Area Council prior to the tribunal judgment, Zaphania- Jisalo despite all the backward push critics by his political opponent being the people’s mandate, parties differences thus not matter at all. Hon Dr. Zaphani, is widely admired by the people of Abuja Municipal Area Council during the 2007 election, our finding shows that people of AMAC both young and old stood firm to that their mandate was delivered, without fear of harassment or intimidation, the of Jasalo brought in tremendous developmental change to the area Council.
